The Mozart Orchestra of New York, recently formed by some of New York City’s finest musicians, is a touring ensemble directed by the internationally renowned conductor Gerard Schwarz. The Mozart Orchestra performs a wide range of repertoire from Mozart and Beethoven to Prokofiev and Stravinsky. Maestro Schwarz has accrued an extensive catalogue of highly-acclaimed recordings and among his distinguished orchestral credits are Conductor Laureate of the Seattle Symphony and Conductor Emeritus of Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart Festival.
