A recipient of the prestigious Avery Fisher Grant (1994) and a MacArthur Fellowship (2008), Leila Josefowicz returns for her second recital with Chromatics. Her acclaimed career includes appearances with leading orchestras and festivals the world over, PBS' Live From Lincoln Center, CBS Sunday Morning, Performance Today and recordings which have received two Diapason d'or awards, and a 2004 Grammy nomination.
John Novacek, a prize-winning pianist and a celebrated composer/arranger, also performed for Chromatics with Ms. Josefowicz in December 2004.
