Canadian-born violinist Lara St. John has been described as "something of a phenomenon" by The Strad and a "high-powered soloist" by The New York Times. Engagements include recitals in major concert halls of North America, Europe and the Far East, plus solo appearances with many of the world's leading orchestras. Her latest recording, featuring works by Vivaldi and Piazzolla, reached No. 2 on the iTunes charts on its first day. She also has been featured on NPR's All Things Considered, US News and World Report and a special on Bravo! Live at the Rehearsal Hall.
