Chromatics is dedicated to offering our audience a memorable experience by sponsoring FREE introductory pre-concert talks 1 hr. before each performance at the Rensselaer County Historical Society, a short stroll form the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. These 30 min. seminars feature principal artist(s) from that evening’s concert or, when they are unavailable, noted musicologists or musicians from the Capitol region. Each session includes approximately a 10 minute Q&A period to give you a chance to ask questions of personal interest about that evening’s performance.
